Accountabilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities, translating business needs into analytical solutions.
- Gather, document, and clarify requirements while creating business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and presentations.
- Define key performance indicators, success metrics, and reporting frameworks for business initiatives.
- Extract, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to answer business questions and identify trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Perform root-cause analysis to identify operational issues and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, and operations partners to support implementation of analytics solutions.
- Validate data accuracy, document reporting logic, and contribute to data governance and quality initiatives.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, risks, and project updates clearly to business and technical audiences.
- 5–10 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, or a related discipline.
- Experience using SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
- Experience with process improvement, process mapping, and business optimization initiatives.
- Knowledge of data storytelling, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management concepts is preferred.
- Experience with Python, R, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, data modeling, or cloud analytics platforms is a plus.
- Strong curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to continuously develop technical and consulting skills.
- Competitive annual compensation ranging from $70,100 to $121,475, based on experience and qualifications.
