Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visual Flows.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with platform best practices.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud capabilities.
- Configure Salesforce features, workflows, and automation to improve business processes.
- Create efficient, maintainable code while ensuring quality through testing and development standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful CRM solutions.
- Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to enhance platform performance.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and support engineering excellence across the team.
- 4+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud.
- Strong development experience with Salesforce technologies including Apex and Visualforce.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform capabilities.
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Visual Flows.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of CRM concepts, cloud platforms, and enterprise application development.
- Comfortable working with Agile methodologies and collaborative engineering practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
