Accountabilities:

As an Analista de Automação Conversacional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing conversational automation solutions. You will act as a bridge between business teams and technology specialists, ensuring that chatbot and virtual assistant experiences are effective, scalable, and aligned with user needs.

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Design conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants, applying user experience best practices.
• Develop, configure, and maintain conversational automation solutions.
• Integrate conversational platforms with APIs, CRMs, ERPs, and other corporate systems.
• Perform functional testing, validation, and approval of conversational journeys.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze user interactions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Optimize conversational experiences through data analysis and continuous enhancements.
• Create technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions.
• Support business and customer service teams in adopting conversational tools.
• Ensure compliance with conversational UX principles, responsible AI practices, and data governance standards.

Requirements:

We are looking for a professional with experience in conversational automation, chatbot platforms, and system integrations. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with different teams to create efficient digital solutions.

• Experience with conversational AI and chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Bot Framework, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating different systems and platforms.
• Understanding of programming logic and familiarity with languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Knowledge of conversational flow modeling, process automation, and data analysis.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to analyze requirements, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
