Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Cyber Assessment Liaison to work in Colorado Springs, CO. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.
Supports the Department of Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E) Cyberspace Assessment Program (CAP) as the primary liaison and integration point for U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM) and U.S. Space Force (USSF) cyber assessment activities.
The position maintains continuous coordination with supported organizations to identify cyber assessment requirements and opportunities, synchronize CAP activities with operational priorities and exercise planning cycles, and facilitate integration of CAP assessment capabilities into USSPACECOM and USSF events.
Essential Duties -
- Serve as the primary CAP liaison to USSPACECOM and U.S. Space Force organizations.
- Maintain recurring coordination with command staffs, operational planners, technical personnel, trusted agents, and CAP stakeholders.
- Monitor supported command exercise, operational, and assessment planning cycles.
- Identify cyber readiness assessment requirements and opportunities aligned with command and Service priorities.
- Translate operational requirements into defined cyber assessment objectives and technical requirements.
- Coordinate assessment scope, schedules, participating organizations, technical requirements, and execution milestones.
- Participate in planning conferences, working groups, synchronization meetings, site surveys, technical exchanges, and assessment events.
- Develop and coordinate assessment-related planning products, including CONOPS, Event Plans, Rules of Engagement (ROE), Data Collection Plans, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate integration of CAP technical capabilities into supported events and assessments.
- Identify operational, technical, security, access, and scheduling dependencies affecting assessment execution.
- Conduct and support collection and documentation of technical and operational assessment observations.
- Assist with analysis of collected information and translation of technical findings into operationally relevant impacts and recommendations.
- Contribute to assessment reports, briefings, Outbrief/After Action Reports (OARs), and other analytical products.
- Provide recurring status, planning, execution, and risk information to the CAP Program Manager.
- Travel is required to support mission planning and assessment execution.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
- 10 years of directly related specialized experience
- Demonstrated experience in DoD cybersecurity, cyber operations, cyber assessment, mission assurance, or related technical activities.
- Experience working with military headquarters staffs or comparable operational organizations.
- Knowledge of DoD operational and exercise planning processes.
- Ability to coordinate across technical, operational, Government, and contractor organizations.
- Ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into operationally relevant information.
- Strong written, verbal, briefing, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage assigned assessment activities and requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances, accesses, and system credentials.
Preferred Qualifications -
- Experience supporting USSPACECOM, U.S. Space Force, or space-related cyber mission organizations.
- Previous DOT&E CAP, TSMO, operational test, or cyber assessment experience.
- Experience developing CONOPS, ROE, Event Plans, Data Collection Plans, and related operational documentation.
- Experience integrating cyber assessment activities into Combatant Command or Service exercises.
Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
Travel Requirements
20%-30%
COMPENSATION:
$150,000-$200,000
