Job Description

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 USD.

You will have a strong background in project management with at least 2+ years of experience working in marketing or advertising, especially on Paid Media projects. Candidates with more PM experience and a background in a fast-paced, non-advertising environment will be considered. CAPM or PMP certifications are not required, but will be considered first. 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Project Management, the Project Manager will manage the onboarding of new clients and the execution of ongoing projects for a portfolio of existing clients. Key performance metrics will include on-time delivery, deliverable quality, and adherence to project budgets. Your team will be tenured and relatively senior.

Qualifications

• Experience working in marketing or a fast-paced agency environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities. 
• Some experience establishing scopes, creating delivery schedules, developing estimates, and securing internal resourcing
• Budget management skills
• Proficiency with project management software tools and GSheets, ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies 
• Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating with external partners
• Ability to independently and prioritize quickly
• A positive team leader with the ability to bring team members together with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone implications for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences
