Job Description

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000 USD.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital project management with at least 3+ years of experience working in marketing or advertising.

Reporting to the VP Project Management, the Project Manager will manage the scoping and briefing process, estimates, timelines, workflows, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience working in marketing or a fast-paced agency environment. Experience working with an enterprise-level technology client preferred.
• Mastery in establishing scopes, creating schedules, developing estimates and resourcing.
• Strong budget management skills, closely monitoring scope changes, keeping track of client Purchase Orders, managing invoice needs while ensuring the financial health of projects
• Proficiency with project management software tools and GSheets
• Comfortable leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating with external partners
• Consistent project documentation, detailed GSheet trackers and both client-facing and internal status reports
• The flexibility to adjust to constantly changing client requests while balancing both external and internal requirements and maintaining all project details
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A self-starter who is able to work independently and prioritize quickly, while balancing the need for collaborative problem-solving and team input
• A positive team leader with the ability to bring team members together with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work globally, understanding time zone implications for deadlines, communicating clearly with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences
