Product Manager

Description

Play a key role across the entire product lifecycle - from discovery and system definition to delivery and impact. This is a senior, technical product role with ownership across complex enterprise capabilities. You'll deeply understand customer needs, architecture, data flows, technology, and business goals, and translate them into scalable product execution. Your first mission: understand the existing product, market, and governance challenges and turn them into focus, clarity, and measurable outcomes.

This role includes hands-on product work and customer-facing discussions with government, defense, and security organizations in Israel and global markets.

Responsibilities

• Own product metrics and outcomes, not just feature delivery
• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers and partners globally
• Turn business, security, and governance needs into scalable system requirements
• Own complex platform capabilities from concept to launch and trade-offs
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture on design, integrations, and scale
• Define data flows, APIs, permissions, and governance behavior
• Present complex product capabilities to senior customer stakeholders
• Research enterprise AI, governance, and the competitive landscape
• Collaborate across Engineering, Architecture, Design, Sales, and Customer Success

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager for complex enterprise or platform products
• Strong technical product background: architecture, APIs, data flows, and integrations
• Experience with large-scale, data-intensive, distributed, or infrastructure systems
• Experience with AI/Generative AI products and enterprise AI concepts
• Experience defining scalable platform capabilities beyond UI features
• Experience with governance, access control, security, auditability, or compliance
• Proven customer-facing work with large enterprises and technical stakeholders
• Strong product presentation skills with customers in Israel and abroad
• Strong product fundamentals, ownership, prioritization, and execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep experience with AI/ML products or platforms
• Background in data platforms, architecture, infrastructure, or governance
• B2B SaaS or enterprise software experience, ideally in regulated industries
