Join Jeen Talk and help build one of the most advanced Enterprise Conversational AI platforms. You'll develop production-ready Voice AI and Chat AI solutions used by enterprise customers worldwide, working on real-time voice infrastructure, AI orchestration, and modern web applications.

You'll be part of a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership, working closely with Product, AI, and DevOps teams to build scalable AI-powered customer experience solutions.

About the Role

Jeen Talk is looking for an AI Solution Engineer to design, implement, deploy, and operate AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers.

This is a hands-on, multidisciplinary role combining AI, integrations, customer-facing work, and technical problem-solving. You’ll work directly with customers from discovery and solution design through implementation, production deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

You’ll build solutions including Voice AI Agents, Text Agents, conversational workflows, and AI-powered conversation analysis, while supporting customers using the Jeen Talk SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Voice AI Agents, Text Agents, and conversation analysis solutions.
• Translate customer business processes and requirements into working AI solutions.
• Own customer implementations end-to-end, from technical discovery and solution design through production deployment.
• Integrate Jeen Talk with APIs, CRM systems, telephony/PBX platforms, databases, knowledge bases, and other enterprise systems.
• Configure prompts, workflows, business logic, AI models, tools, and integrations according to customer requirements.
• Monitor production AI agents, troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and continuously optimize performance.
• Support enterprise customers using the Jeen Talk SaaS platform.
• Work closely with Product, R&D, Sales, and Customer Success, bringing insights from customer implementations back into the product.
• Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously and take ownership through successful production delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Solution Engineering, Software Engineering, Technical Implementation, Integrations, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Python and the ability to build scripts, integrations, and technical solutions.
• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience working with databases and data-driven applications.
• Hands-on experience or strong technical knowledge of Generative AI and LLM-based applications, including prompting and AI workflows.
• Strong understanding of SaaS applications and production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across multiple systems and integrations.
• Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to independently own multiple technical implementations from requirements through production.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Voice AI, conversational AI, AI Agents, chatbots, or automation platforms.
• Experience with FastAPI, TypeScript, Node.js, or React.
• Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, Embeddings, Guardrails, or LLM evaluation.
• Experience with telephony and contact-center technologies, including SIP, PBX, VoIP, CTI, or telephony APIs.
• Experience integrating with CRM, contact-center, or other enterprise systems.
• Experience with Cloud environments, Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices.
• Experience supporting customer-facing systems running in production.
• Previous experience in a contact center or customer-service environment.
