Job Description

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify reliability issues and recommend improvements.
• Prepare diagrams, reports, calculations, and technical documentation to support reliability findings.
• Investigate equipment failures and determine cost‑effective reliability solutions to minimize downtime.
• Execute reliability tools such as root cause analysis, hazard analysis, and failure mode assessments.
• Drive preventive maintenance optimization, equipment modifications, and maintenance standards development.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode, Kaizen and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify underlying causes of failures and prevent their recurrence.

For this role as a Reliability Engineer, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills, qualifications and experience:

• University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG).
• Mechanical/ electrical/pneumatics/electronics experience.
• Project management experience including leading a project is a plus.
• SAP, PM Module (or CMMS) and Machine Interface experience is a strong plus.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, PLC) and CMMS systems like SAP.
