About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Job Responsibilities

Build the Business Analysis Framework
Develop data models, KPI frameworks, and analytical approaches aligned with business objectives, covering key areas such as service quality, user operations, and operational efficiency.

Business Monitoring and Analysis
Establish business monitoring and early-warning mechanisms, track key KPIs, identify anomalies and potential risks, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Business Insights and Strategic Support
Unlock value from data, identify growth opportunities and business issues based on business and industry trends, provide actionable recommendations, and drive implementation.

Support Key Business Projects
Provide data and analytical support for key business projects, track project outcomes, resolve business issues, and support the achievement of business objectives.

Drive Data Applications
Translate business needs into data product requirements, drive the development of dashboards and business intelligence tools, and improve data accessibility and decision-making efficiency.
