What You'll Be Doing:

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and team members to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure that projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages localization projects from beginning to end, working closely with language specialists, localization engineers, product management and development, internal business partners, external vendors, and other departments.

• Directs team’s deliveries to timelines and product quality, including responsiveness and professionalism towards both internal and external clients.

• Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.

• Continually expands knowledge and education in localization trends and new technologies.

• Maintains healthy relationships with clients through effective communication.

Requirements for the Role:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Previous work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role is a plus.

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
