SUMMARY
Lead and direct all workcell test engineering staff in operating within area of assigned responsibilities with a high level of efficiency, integrity and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence in all endeavors. Design, develop and maintain test procedures, tester hardware and software for electronic circuit board production.
 

Daily tasks:

• Managing a team of Test Engineers and Test Technicians;
• Skills and competences development of subordinate employees;
• Supporting the business by providing technical solutions to Workcell and customers;
• Coordination and implementation of projects within the Test Engineering department;
• Responsibility for budgeting the Test Engineering Department;
• Developing methods for verifying and controlling the test process in manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics, telecommunications, related);
• Practical work experience with test processes in hardware manufacturing;
• Min. two (2) years of work experience in management;
• Full fluency in English;
• Full fluency in Croatian is preferred;
• Analytical skills, ability to assess the risk occurring in a process/product;
• Organizational skills, ability to plan activities, resources, costs;
• Ability to manage and motivate a team;
• Experience in managing projects
