SUMMARY
This position supports the Quality Management System. Responsible for the development, recovery and maintenance of the controlled documentation related to the Change Control process and provide support to the Internal/Customer Audits. Responsible to support the QMS Change Control process as SME.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 

• Coordinate and follow up activities related to the maintenance of the Change Control Management System, ECRs/ECNs
• Support Internal, Customer and External Audits.
• Follow up of open actions for Change Control process.
• Contact customer and obtain the technical information like the BOM, Drawings, specifications.
• Verify all documents corresponding to product DMR are assigned to the applicable owners.
• Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities related to the role as assigned.
• Provide support to all Safety, Health, and Environment (EHS) programs and initiatives in order to support our zero-accident culture

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• BS degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience
• Good knowledge in ISO 13485 and CFR Part 820
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
