Summary of Program
Jabil’s Summer Internship Program is set to launch in summer 2025. As an intern, you’ll have the unique opportunity to engage with Jabil’s leadership team and participate in a variety of experiences focused on professional development, networking, and community engagement.

Intern Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with project and quality engineers to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. learn, understand, and interpret requirements/specifications to seamlessly integrate them into equipment design, focusing on manufacturability.
- Learn the Jabil validation qualifications (IQ, OQ, and PQ) for production machines.
- Learn how to generate design drawings, installation manuals, and user manuals to facilitate automated equipment's smooth implementation and operation.
- Learn how to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, and implement innovative solutions for process improvement.
Qualifications:
• Class Year(s): Junior or Senior majoring in an Engineering discipline.
• GPA: 3.0+
• Availability: Must be available to work in Clinton, MA from May 19, 2025 – Aug 8, 2025.
• Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience.
