JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 参与新产品新项目研发导入工作，根据市场需求和公司目标，制定解决方案。

2. 负责产品技术图纸的特性识别（包含产品适用的相关规范要求）及内部图纸转化。

3. 负责内部产品（含零件/组件）图纸设计和产品图纸ECN变更。

4. 进行技术研究，探索新的材料、技术和工艺，评估其在新产品开发中的应用和可行性，以 提高产品的创新性和竞争力。

5. 负责制作产品原型，并进行各种测试，包括功能测试、性能测试、可靠性测试等，以验证 产品设计的有效性和可行性。

6. 协助制定生产工艺流程，优化产品生产工艺和制造流程，确保产品能够按时、按量投入生 产，并达到质量要求。

7. 管理和协调新产品研发项目，制定项目计划和时间表，跟踪项目进度，确保项目按计划顺利 进行，并与相关部门（如市场、采购、生产等）进行有效沟通和协作。

8. 参与解决新产品开发过程中出现的技术问题和挑战，持续改进产品设计和工艺流程，确保 产品质量和性能达到或超越预期。

9. 撰写/审阅产品设计文档、测试报告以及技术文档，记录产品开发过程和结果，确保项目数据和 信息的准确性和完整性。

10. 持续关注行业技术趋势和市场动态，积极学习和应用新技术，为公司产品创新和发展提供 技术支持和建议。

MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 监控项目进度，确保按照计划执行。这包括监督设计、制造、测试和安装过程，及时调整以解决项目过程中出现的问题。

2. 质量控制： 确保设计和产品质量符合内部和外部标准。监督测试过程，确保产品性能、可靠性和安全性。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

1. 熟悉机械相关原理，机械设计理论知识扎实。

2. 对尺寸公差设计有一定经验，对机加工工艺、热处理、材料有一定了解。

3.具有AutoCAD/ UG/CATIA等三维/二维软件操作能力。

4.思路清晰，有较强的自我激励和学习能力；具备良好的独立工作能力，主动积极向上的工作 态度。

5.具有良好的与他人沟通的能力、逻辑分析能力和书面表达能力，具有一定的审美。
