JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

·         Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
·         Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
·         Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software.
·         Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
·         Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
·         Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
·         Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
·         Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
·         Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
·         Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

一、岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历，机械或自动化相关专业；
2.具备3年以上3C行业夹治具设计、机械设计经验，能独立完成方案规划，细化出图及BOM整理；
3.熟练使用CREO 11.0软件（3D,2D），办公软件；
4.熟悉标准件的选型（气缸，导轨，模组，电机，感应器等）；
5.熟悉零件材料选型及常用机加工工艺和处理方法；
6.了解6轴机械手的原理和应用；
7.有自动化设备设计经验优先。
二、岗位职责
1.负责夹治具、非标设备的设计与开发，满足生产及检测需求；
2.根据产品需求，与项目专案沟通，设计产品治具的相关治具
3.与工艺、生产部门协作，优化夹治具结构及功能；
4.编制相关技术文档，包括图纸、BOM表及使用说明；
5.参与产品试产及调试，解决现场问题并持续改进设计；
6.根据项目进度配合加班。
