Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Design Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. You will be the first Design Engineer at Ivo and have a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping Ivo’s product, user experience, and overall design strategy. You’ll work closely with the leadership and engineering to create intuitive, user-centric designs that meet the needs of our customers. Ideally, you should be comfortable with both product design and front end engineering. 

What You’ll Do

• Have significant input into the entire design and creative process

• Deeply understand the product to create industry leading user experiences  

• Build out our front end. Champion a reusable component system

• Collaborate with our founders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities through a design lens

• Ensure we keep our quality bar high whilst shipping fast

Your Qualifications:

• You have 3+ years of experience in product design/front end development

• You have proficiency in Figma and React/Next.js or other modern tooling

• You have a customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems

• You move fast and have experience in high-velocity teams.

• Can I work remotely? We require candidates to work with us in-person 5 days a week in our San Francisco office.

• Compensation: The USD salary range for this role is $150K-$230k . Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
