As our Country Sales Engineering Manager at Ivanti, you will work alongside regional leadership and fellow Sales Engineering leads to maintain a strategic vision. You will develop and lead a regional team of Sales Engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration with the sales organisation and gaining prospects' technical confidence. You will be instrumental in driving both existing and new product growth, providing commercial and technical guidance to the local SE teams.

What you will get to do:

  • Leadership: Showcase your leadership skills at a regional level, ensuring strong representation of the local Sales Engineering function and supporting the Regional Director.
  • Channel Enablement: Develop and implement a local Technical Enablement Plan to increase regional channel partner and SI competency, making them more self-sufficient in creating and closing sales opportunities.
  • On-Boarding: Manage the local onboarding of new Sales/Sales Engineers, ensuring they are up to speed quickly.
  • Training, Development & Career Progression: Create effective career and development paths for Sales Engineers, allowing for consistent progression and enabling regional succession planning.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain communication paths within the local Sales Engineering team and with other Sales Engineering Managers, translating corporate strategy to the regional level.
  • Matrix Performance Management: Create and maintain a regional matrix to assess skill levels within the Sales Engineering team, including technical and commercial abilities.
  • Sales Demonstrations: Ensure Sales Engineers are equipped to deliver effective Ivanti live demonstrations.
  • Commercial Awareness: Maintain a high level of commercial awareness within the team, ensuring all members can articulate Ivanti’s propositions at the CxO level.
  • Culture: Champion the Ivanti culture within the Sales Engineering team, fostering a high-performing business that values our core principles.
