Duties & Responsibilities:
A fully competent Sr Program Manager and advisor involved in leadership for program management across multiple locations and/or teams on critical issues or initiatives with broad scope. Uses broad, specialized program and project management knowledge and skills to contribute to company objectives, goals and complex issues. Leads situations that require specialized program management experience. Collaborates, resolves and anticipates complex issues that impact multiple teams, medium-term goals, operational decisions and tactical program/project activities. Establishes work objectives through initiative and judgment.
Required Skills & Experience:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of complex hardware and software development programs from concept to production
  • Able to technically understand architecture diagrams and be able to interface with software engineering organizations.
  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules across hardware, firmware, software and test engineering
  • Drive cross-functional and cross-business unit alignment and ensure milestone adherence across phase gates.
  • Manage critical-path dependencies between functional teams such as hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, operations and external vendors
  • Manages the annual budget, rolling forecasts and projects to ensure the business unit meets and/or exceeds key measures such as revenue, gross margin, capital expenditures and other financial & operational commitments.
  • Leads significant, complex and unique programs where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
  • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and procedures on new or special assignments.
  • Influences cross functional team members and senior management.
  • Communicates with project stake holders and senior management.
  • Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams across all levels of the organization and provide exceptional leadership to program core team to deliver programs on time, within budget and with high quality while achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and lead overall solution, identify, track and mitigate potential risks and obstacles such as scope creep, resource and personnel shortfalls, and problems with schedule, release delays and budget overruns.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years experience in Program Management
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Previous Software Engineering experience preferred
  • Expert in aligning internal and external stakeholders on system decisions and trade-offs.
  • Expert leadership skills with excellent communication, organizational and people skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional groups spread globally including diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrable experience to present concise and relevant program information to management and executives.
  • Tools: MSOffice, MS Project, SharePoint, Azure
  • Agile development experience a plus.
  • Scrum master experience a plus.
