Job Description
ITAccelerate is working with our client, a leading worldwide human resources solution-provider, to help build their team of highly intelligent and capable engineers. We are looking for a Senior .Net/C# Web Developer, who will work with a team of engineers building and maintaining our customer’s digital web applications. Based in Cebu City, Philippines or San Jose, Costa Rica, this is a key role within our customer’s engineering team, requiring extensive web development experience with HTML 5, React, streaming media, and REST integration. Our environment will require you to work effectively with your client-side teammates, of course. But your real success will be measured by how well you couple critical thinking with self-motivation, enthusiasm and determination.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
- 3-5 years experience of web development in high paced setting
- Expert understanding of ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, SQL, WebAPI, and MVC
- Experience with HTML, DHTML, XML, XSL, XSLT, Style sheets, and JavaScript
- Strong English communication skills – verbal and written testing required
- Client and ITAccelerate cultural integration required – we like to have fun but work hard!
- Displays great knowledge of the software development life cycle and methodologies
Additional Information
Bonus Qualifications to Set You Apart
- Experience with Roku/Brightscript
- Experience with other embedded-browser media platforms e.g. Chromecast, XBox
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
- Backend development stacks including Node.js, Drupal 7, Java
