ISS FWW ist der führende deutsche Fondsdaten-Lieferant und gehört seit dem Jahr 2019 zum ISS-STOXX. Mit den Daten aus der FWW-Fondsdatenbank unterstützt FWW Fondsberater und Anleger dabei, fundierte Anlageentscheidungen zu treffen.

Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Datenmanager für eine Teilzeitstelle in unserem Büro in Haar bei München. Als Datenmanager werden Sie Daten aus PDF-Dokumenten in die hauseigene User Interface des Unternehmens eingeben und wiederkehrende Aufgaben und Prozesse unterstützen.

Aufgaben:

• Eingabe von Daten aus PDF-Dokumenten in das unternehmenseigene User Interface

• Hochladen von PDF-Dokumenten in interne Systeme

• Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität und -qualität durch genaue und zuverlässige Eingabe

• Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung im Finanzbereich

Profil:

• Hohe Genauigkeit und Detailorientierung

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen

• Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
