- Manufacturing,assembly and integration of thrusters and propulsion systems
- Preparation and execution of development, acceptance and qualification tests on component and system level
- Support in design and execution of manufacturing processes
- Support with quality documentation of components and assemblies through the manufacturing, integration and test processes
- Integration,operation and maintenance of production and test facilities
- Potential development:Take over responsibility for the shop floormanagement
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in a workshop or test bench environment, ideally with exposure to operating relevant test systems (propulsion systems aerospace or automotive)
- Technical certification as a Techniker or Bachelor Professional (Meister).
- Practical manufacturing skills, including drilling, turning, milling, and confident interpretation and work with technical drawings.
- Proficiency in measurement and inspection, using basic metrology and workshop inspection tools.
- Experience working with fluid systems, including gases, pipe connections, and valve operation
- Practical experience with CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, Inventor, Fusion 360, or similar)
- Strong team-orientation: proactive, reliable, detail‑focused, and well‑organized
- Fluent German (mandatory); English at B2 level is an advantage
