ispace, inc. is looking of a mid-senior AWS/DevOps engineer to join our team in Tokyo.

本ポジションは、中級レベルのAWS / DevOpsエンジニアとして、グローバル環境におけるクラウド基盤の設計・構築・運用を担っていただきます。
AWSの実務経験を5年以上お持ちの方を想定しており、日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーション能力が求められます。
エンジニアチームに加え、ビジネス部門やバックオフィスと密に連携しながら、日本・ルクセンブルク・米国のチームおよび外部パートナーと協力し、ミッションクリティカルなシステムの安定運用と継続的な改善に貢献していただきます。

This position is open only to candidates based in Japan and requires native or fluent-level (N1) Japanese proficiency due to high level of external communication required.

Key responsibilities

  • エンジニアリング、ビジネス、バックオフィス各部門との横断的なコラボレーション
  • AWS上でのクラウドインフラの設計・構築・運用
  • とりわけ以下の設定、監視、トラブルシューティング
    • o   ネットワーク
    o   サーバー／コンピュートリソース
    o   ストレージ
    o   セキュリティ
    o   Landing Zone、FSx for NetApp ONTAPの経験があれば尚由し
  • 監視・アラート基盤の構築および運用
  • ソフトウェアリリースやパッチ適用の運用管理
  • バックアップおよび災害復旧（DR）設計・運用による高可用性の確保
  • スクリプトや自動化ツールを用いた運用業務の自動化
  • AWS利用状況・コストの可視化およびコスト最適化の提案
  • 監視・セキュリティ関連ツールの選定および導入提案
  • スペースミッションの重要フェーズにおける技術サポート対応
  • アーキテクチャ図、運用手順書、トラブルシューティングガイドなどのドキュメント作成・更新
  • AWSおよび海外（ルクセンブルク・米国・日本）の関連組織との直接的な連携
  • 外部ベンダーやパートナーと連携した、専門的ソフトウェア／ツールの統合
  • 可用性・完全性・秘匿性の確保を意識した包括的な対策（セキュリティ対策）
  • 必要に応じた出張対応（国内外）

Minimum requirements

  • AWSの実務経験 5年以上程度（中級レベル）
  • AWSを用いた本番環境の設計・運用経験
  • AWSにおけるネットワーク、コンピュート、ストレージ、セキュリティの実践的な理解
  • 監視、ログ管理、インシデント対応の経験
  • 自動化・スクリプトの経験（CloudFormation、PowerShell、Python、など）
  • バックアップ、DR、高可用性構成の設計・運用経験
  • 技術ドキュメントの作成・メンテナンスができる方
  • ITILなどの運用ベストプラクティスに関する理解
  • 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション

Preferred qualification

  • 24/7勤務やミッションクリティカルなシステムの運用経験
  • グローバルチーム／多国籍環境での業務経験
  • AWS認定資格（Solutions Architect、DevOps Engineer、等）
