Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile and web applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing across Android and iOS platforms.
• Validate application behavior across multiple devices, browsers, operating systems, screen sizes, and network conditions.
• Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Perform database testing, data validation, and backend verification using SQL.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Support test automation and AI-driven testing initiatives to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and QA best practices.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a quality-first mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Software QA, with at least 3+ years focused on Mobile Application Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience testing Android and iOS applications.
• Proven experience with:
  • Mobile Application Testing
  • Web Application Testing
  • API Testing
  • Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End Testing
  • Test Automation
  • AI-Driven Testing Tools and Practices
  • Defect Tracking and Test Management Tools
  • SQL and Database Testing
• Working knowledge of at least one DBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake.
• Experience using Python for testing, data validation, data scraping, or data-processing activities.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• Exposure to Python-based automation, data validation, or quality engineering frameworks.
• Experience working with large datasets and data quality verification.
• Healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, or claims-processing experience is a plus
