Job Overview

• Manages a team of professional-level employees.
• Develops and communicates plans and priorities to meet team performance and results requirements.
• Designs/develops software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience.

Project focus:

• Responsible for delivery of projects (Internal and external) by collaborating with cross functional team for identification of resources, track progress through planning, facilitate meetings, assign and monitor tasks, identify and take actions to mitigate risks, manage and control the budget.
• Participate and lead teams in the discovery, design and development phases of technology or service based projects.
• Designs/develops software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience.
• Works at all layers of the application stack including front-end user interface and backend development.

• Being empathetic, client centric, consultative and tactical in understanding the needs of the client and manage client perception.
• Deliver project specific presentation and regular updates to the client.
• Co-coordinate with resources both with and outside the project team.
• Conduct internal review meetings prepare report cards, assess project performance and share feedback for improvement.
• On client feedback that necessitates action, conduct an investigation prepare and share RCA/CAPA by liaising with all the team members involved on the project.
• Deliver value via cost effective solutions and advocate robust project management methods.
• Develop broader and deeper knowledge of technology, project management frameworks.
• Recommend improvements and solution to be able to contribute to overall program increment.
• Seek feedback from stakeholders on improvement areas and develop improvement plan to articulate progress.
• Contribute and add value to the wider business goals by driving efficiency.

Team focus:

• Identify objective and key result areas by working with Business Heads/HR and set clear, SMART Goals for the team.
• Provide direction demonstrate and lead by example on key Leadership attributes, monitor, evaluate, asses the performance of team, propose solutions for improvements and create competent and self-motivated team.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
• 10 - 14 plus years of work experience in years Design, documentation, coding and unit testing, code review, SIT, bug fixing, Issue troubleshooting, UAT support, Deployment, root cause analysis and enhancement.
• 5 or more years of working experience in Life science/Healthcare sector is desirable.
• Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management, client facing and relationship building skills
• Ability to juggle priorities, work on multiple projects/workstreams and excellent collaborative skills
• Good experience in Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET MVC.NET, .Net Core, Web API, Microsoft SQL Server, Javascript, jQuery, CSS, Webservice (SOAP and REST) , AngularJS
• 8 years+ experience in software development
• 8+ years of experience in ASP.NET, SQL, JQuery, CSS and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience in Entity Framework
• Knowledge on the functional domain, and or tools/methodologies and frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results within the stipulated timeline and perceptible quality
• Good organizational skills and being flexible
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge on project budgeting and PM frameworks (Agile, Scrum) etc.
• Tools familiarity Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, GIT, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree and or equivalent work experience.
