Job Description

Core Technical Skills

1. Frontend Skills–

• 3+ years of frontend development experience
• Proficient in React or Vue (at least one)
• Familiar with TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS
• Proficient with engineering tools including Git, Webpack/Vite, Jest/Vitest
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and frontend–backend integration workflows.

2. Backend –

• Proficient in Node.js
• Familiar with MySQL / PostgreSQL / Redis / Kafka - capable of SQL optimization and cache strategy design
• Prior experience in multi-tenant SaaS architecture design and delivery is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with GCP core services; familiar with Docker / Kubernetes / Helm; able to design CI/CD pipelines and production deployment strategies.

3. AI & Toolchain –

• Practical experience using AI coding assistants / LLM-augmented development workflows
• Daily use of AI-enhanced IDEs to boost personal and team productivity.

Business & Soft Skills

• Able to independently own the full delivery lifecycle — from requirement analysis through to production release;
• Strong communication and articulation skills;
• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and handle technical consultations from clients, product managers, or business stakeholders;
• Cross-functional coordination capability — effective bridge between business and engineering;
• Resilient under pressure;
• Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments;
• Forward-thinking mindset;
• Stays current with cloud-native, AI engineering, and engineering excellence trends.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Strong ability to communicate between non-technical and technical stakeholders
• Experience handling client-facing technical discussions
• Ability to manage expectations across multiple parties (business, clients, tech team)

Coordination & Execution

• Able to manage multiple parallel technical streams (enhancements, bugs, projects)
• Strong follow-up and issue tracking discipline, with strong documentation
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-country environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to regional/multi-market operations
• Good understanding of digital patient engagement journeys
