Responsibilities
- Lead a group of data scientists and technical expert to build AI solutions and leverage AI/LLM technologies to enable existing digital applications.
- Build the team capabilities to design, develop and deploy AI agents into various platforms like AWS, Azure, Ali Cloud etc.
- Play as a thought leaders in AI/AGI area to prompt IQVIA brand in the market
- Work as people manager to coach team members to develop their capabilities in life science industry and AI area.
Requirements
- Graduated degree or higher in a technical or scientific domain, such as Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or two to five years of experience working in a technical/consulting environment involving advanced analytics, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with extensive experience in backend API development.
- Deep knowledge on main stream LLMs, such as GPT, OpenAI, DeepSeek，Gemini 2,Qwen etc.
- Experience with modern AI technologies like OpenAI Assistants API and Agency Swarm.
- Experience connecting APIs and functions to large language models.
- Appetite for applying new and existing technology to challenging problems in life science, i.e. motivated by solving the problems.
- Good written and spoken communication skills, including ability to present technical concepts to non-expert, write analysis plans for projects under guidance, contribute to proposals applications, etc.
- Eagerness to learn: Passion for technology and a continuous desire to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
