About the Role:
We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join our fast-paced, customer-centric Commerce Experience Team. The Commerce Experience Team seeks to improve our shopping capabilities for our customers, who are eagerly looking for special deals and get the most value out of their subscriptions by finding the right product for them.
Your objective will be to drive design and implementation of solutions and product features, as well as supporting the live operation at scale of user-facing critical Web flows.
This position reports to the Engineering Manager and this role can be fully remote from Uruguay or Argentina.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create reusable front-end components for our website
- Connect different features with their respective backend services through an integration middle layer
- Automate testing of built components through different kinds of tests (unit, integration, e2e, load)
- Translate business requirements into technical ones with a very strong communication skill.
- Build scalable, easy-to-maintain software to support millions of users and transactions.
- Participate in the prioritization process to bring hidden technical needs to the roadmap.
What We are Looking For:
- Front-end coding experience. ReactJS, Typescript, Javascript.
- NextJS and GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Unit testing experience is a plus.
- Microservice architecture knowledge is a plus.
- A creative and precise problem solver.
- Digital Product/UX understanding.
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience working in subscription and/or E-commerce companies.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working in high-traffic, mission critical digital products.
