Job Description
Our Applications Administrators have a passion for problem-solving. They’re motivated to resolve escalations as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our Apps Administrators have web server and middleware application software experience and they’re eager to build their knowledge – so they can tackle even more complex problems.

We're currently looking to hire a full-time Application Engineer with web server and middleware application software experience.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Resolve escalations received through ticketing system, emails, and/or phone calls in a timely manner.
- Perform deployments across various OS, LAMP stack, and J2EE platforms.
- Develop automation to diagnose varios aspects of middleware.
- Provide back-up support to team members as needed.
Qualifications
What You Need for this Position:
- A Passion for problem solving, Self-motivated and self-directed
- 1+ years of experience with Web and Application Servers including Weblogic, TomCat, Apache, Sun One/iPlanet
- 1+ years experience in analyzing and tuning applications in the areas such as memory management, process or thread management, resource management(JDBC Connection Pools, Execution Queues, JMS etc)
- 1+ years experience working with a NOC environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
