About the team:
Our team is responsible for building and evolving API integrations with external brokers. We design and develop broker APIs and customer journey from the ground up, with a clear goal: make our platform easy to integrate with and attractive for as many partners as possible.
We focus strongly on modern and customer friendly journeys, ensuring high quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Our solutions are used across multiple markets, including Mexico, Australia, and the Baltic countries, which gives our work a truly international scope.
The team is cross-functional and works in Scrum. It includes developers, testers, a Scrum Master, and a Product Owner. As a Developer, you would play a key role in connecting business needs with technical solutions and shaping APIs journeys that are used by external partners.
You’ll help us build a product that is:
Easy to integrate for business partners (simple plugin / widget integration),
Reliable and secure (we operate in regulated financial markets),
Pleasant and intuitive for end customers.
Your responsibilities:
Build reusable, high-quality React + TypeScript components used in the plugin and internal tools.
Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate with payment and financial APIs.
Ensure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness of the plugin on partners’ websites.
Contribute to code quality via testing, code reviews, and clean architecture.
Work in Scrum methodology with two-week sprints using Atlassian tools.
Work closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements.
Stay self-motivated to learn and share new knowledge with the team.
Our tech stack:
TypeScript 5.6
React 18
Tailwind CSS 3
Next.js 14
Bitbucket and Git
REST APIs / JSON
Figma for medium-fidelity designs
Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence
Nice-to-have skills:
Node.js (for tooling, simple backend tasks, or BFF patterns).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity or similar).
Experience with Postman or similar tools for working with APIs.
Experience building embeddable widgets/plugins or SDKs for partners.
Understanding of security and compliance aspects in financial products.
What we’re looking for:
Practical experience in frontend development.
Initiative and independence in problem-solving.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to achieve shared goals.
A mindset open to experimentation and proposing innovative solutions.
Our hiring approach
As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV.
In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other.
What can we offer you?
Real opportunities for growth – enjoy access to a variety of internal learning and external development initiatives.
A fully free mental health platform with access to certified professionals: psychologists (including child psychologists), dietitians, business coaches, and physiotherapists.
Relaxed team integrations – kayaking, cycling, workshops, team outings… we enjoy spending time together, and we make it happen regularly.
Move your body, clear your mind – you can use Multisport card or use private health care coverage.
A truly international environment – we collaborate with teams from Mexico to Australia. Sounds exciting? That’s just our everyday reality.
From office life
Company parking where you can book a parking place.
Weekly team lunches – enjoy vouchers to nearby restaurants (yes, sushi included!).
Brand new office in a prime location – Gdański Business Center in Warsaw, just 5 minutes from Dworzec Gdański metro station. Inside: 3 types of coffee, ping pong, and a chillout room. Tempted?
