We are seeking a Cloud Migration Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale cloud transformation initiatives, working closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex cloud migration programs, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cloud migration projects, from initiation through post-migration stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with stakeholders to define migration strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Application Development, Security, Networking, DevOps, and Operations.
• Manage application and data migration activities to AWS cloud environments.
• Drive dependency tracking, cutover planning, testing coordination, and go-live execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, governance, and quality standards throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Track and report project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and overall program health.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party resources where applicable.
• Provide regular executive-level status updates, escalation management, and strategic recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cloud transformation best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering AWS cloud migration and cloud transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud architecture concepts, and migration methodologies.
• Experience coordinating large-scale, cross-functional technology teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and dependency tracking.
• Experience managing application migration, infrastructure modernization, and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
• AWS Cloud certifications preferred.
• Experience working within financial services, capital markets, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing global distributed teams and third-party vendors.
