ION Group, a software vendor leader in the Financial Technology field, is currently looking for Junior Software/Artificial Intelligence Engineers to join a global team of talented professionals.
At ION, within our Graduate Development Program, we offer a three-year career acceleration journey crafted for new graduates who share our enthusiasm for growth and technological innovation.
You’ll have the chance to dive into various projects, learn from seasoned colleagues, and hone your skills across different areas like backend, frontend, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, and Data Science.

A strong passion for technology and a willingness to learn
A degree in STEM disciplines obtained in the past year and proven strong academic performance
Programming abilities in languages such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Typescript, Python, Scala
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Fluency in English (B2 or equivalent)
