D365 F&O Technical Lead Consultant

• • Participate in end-to-end global rollouts of D365 F&O across regions and legal entities.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support global template development, extensions, and deployment.
  • Design, develop, and maintain customizations using:
  • X++ development
  • Extensions (not overlayering)
  • Forms, Reports, Classes, Tables
  • Develop and manage integrations using:
  • Data Entities
  • OData / REST APIs
  • Logic Apps / Azure Services
  • Dual-write / Dataverse
  • Handle data migration activities using Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Support SIT, UAT, performance testing, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-go-live hypercare and L2/L3 support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Should have good Debugging and Reverse Engineering skills
  • Manage code deployments using Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, version control).
  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enhancements and continuous improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge artifacts.

• • More than 10-12 years of experience ** in D365 F&O Technical**.
  • Strong expertise in X++ development and D365 extension framework.
  • Proven experience in global rollout and support projects.
  • Must have hands-on experience with integrations (Dual write, OData, APIs, Azure services, middleware).
  • Strong experience with Data Management Framework (DMF) and data migration.
  • Experience in production support (L2/L3), incident management, and SLA adherence.
  • Must have experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and code management.
  • Understanding of security, performance tuning, and batch job management.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical certification(s).
  • Experience in global template architecture and rollout strategy.
  • Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with Dual-write, Dataverse, and integrations with other Microsoft products.
