Senior AI-Native Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who has moved past the era of manual boilerplate. You are someone who views TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS as your canvas, and AI Coding Agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as your high-speed brushes. In this role, your value isn't measured by how many lines of code you write, but by your ability to orchestrate agents to build resilient, scalable systems. You are a systems thinker who knows that in 2026, the best engineers are those who can learn a new library in the morning and have it in production by the afternoon.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead Agentic Workflows: Take high-level product requirements and direct AI agents to scaffold, build, and test features across the full TS/Node stack.

• Cloud Orchestration: Leverage AWS CDK and automated agents to deploy and manage infrastructure-as-code with 99.9% reliability.

• Technical Governance: Maintain the "source of truth." You ensure that while agents generate the code, it adheres to our standards for type-safety, security, and performance.

• Problem Solving: Dive deep into the Node.js event loop or complex AWS IAM issues when the AI reaches its limits.

• Rapid Prototyping: Use your "growth mindset" to constantly test new AI-augmented workflows, discarding what’s slow and scaling what’s fast.

Your profile:

• The Growth Mindset: You don't say "I don't know that tool." You say "I'll have the agent walk me through it in 15 minutes." You are obsessed with continuous improvement.
