Job Description:

Manages a team that includes supervisors, senior professionals, or managers, ensuring the delivery of operational and functional objectives. Executes departmental plans and manages resources to achieve business outcomes aligned with functional goals.

Develops the visual conceptualization and creative development of integrated marketing, advertising, digital, social, experiential, and brand initiatives across multiple platforms and media channels. Develops visual storytelling approaches, campaign concepts, and creative frameworks that align with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives while ensuring cohesive and impactful visual experiences. Collaborates with copywriting, design, production, strategy, technology, and client teams to guide the execution of high-quality creative solutions that strengthen brand expression, audience engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.
