  • Stay ahead of industry developments and proactively identify new technologies, platforms and opportunities to test.
  • Share knowledge and best practice with the wider OMD EMEA Performance community, helping to develop programmatic capability across the agency.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with strong end-to-end programmatic experience who is excited by innovation, strategy and the opportunity to work on a truly global account.

You’ll ideally have:

  • In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and publisher landscape.
  • Proven experience managing programmatic campaigns end-to-end, from responding to briefs and campaign planning through to activation, optimisation and reporting.
  • Experience working across different KPIs, channels and DSPs.
  • A track record of identifying innovative opportunities and turning strategic recommendations into actionable client pilots.
  • A genuine interest in emerging areas of programmatic and the ability to independently research new opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting campaign issues, including delivery and pacing, PMPs, creative rejections and pixel implementation.
  • Experience with brand safety and ad verification tools such as DoubleVerify and IAS, including implementation, reporting and optimisation.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the confidence to present to both internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • The ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative and growing team.
  • A creative, solutions-focused approach to solving business challenges.
  • The ability to take complex programmatic concepts and explain them clearly to clients and colleagues.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
