Job Description:

Performs support or administrative work assignments based on job training or work experience. Utilizes established procedures to solve straightforward problems, exercising judgment to ensure quality results under moderate supervision. Limited flexibility to deviate from standard procedures.

This level may include individuals in administrative, office facilities, driver roles.

Develops the visual conceptualization and creative development of integrated marketing, advertising, digital, social, experiential, and brand initiatives across multiple platforms and media channels. Develops visual storytelling approaches, campaign concepts, and creative frameworks that align with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives while ensuring cohesive and impactful visual experiences. Collaborates with copywriting, design, production, strategy, technology, and client teams to guide the execution of high-quality creative solutions that strengthen brand expression, audience engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.

$50,000 - $65,000 

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
