Job Description:

Merkley+Partners is seeking a strategic and dynamic Group Analytics Director to lead and evolve our analytics organization across three core areas: 
Data Science 

Advanced Analytics 

Reporting & Measurement 

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can balance big-picture strategic thinking with operational excellence and client partnership. While the current business is weighted toward reporting and measurement, we are looking for a leader who can help modernize and expand the agency’s broader analytics capabilities, driving innovation in advanced analytics and data science. 
The ideal candidate will bring a strong point of view on measurement, marketing effectiveness, and analytics transformation while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, agency leadership, and Omnicom partner teams. A significant scope of the role will support our luxury automotive business.  250,000-260,000
