Job Description:

Associate Project Manager

Play a vital role in driving agency projects from concept to delivery as an Associate Project Manager, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless execution. In this role, you'll work with cross-functional departments, expertly manage project lifecycles, develop timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate milestones and expectations. With a keen eye for detail, you'll provide administrative support, route work for feedback and approvals, and maintain accurate records to ultimately deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Day in the Life

• Lead multichannel projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely execution and accuracy, under the guidance of the brand Project Manager.
• Manage project logistics, coordinate internal meetings, and maintain project documentation, utilizing internal tools (WorkFront, Egnyte, Teams) and ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Serve as point-of-contact for project-related inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Editorial, Account, Finance, Creative, Technology, Strategy) and third-party vendors to drive project success.
• Effectively communicate project updates, issues, and solutions to diverse audiences, proactively escalating concerns and suggesting resolutions to management.
• Maintain accurate, organized files, complete administrative tasks (timesheets, expenses) on time, and ensure compliance with agency protocols.
• Foster personal growth, contribute to new business activities, and support training and development of junior team members, promoting team efficiencies and innovation.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or related field; pharmaceutical marketing and advertising experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Workfront) and financial management tools (e.g., SAP) a plus.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and basic financial aptitude.
• Interest in collaborating and fostering a positive team environment.
• Ability to self-edit, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.

$55,000-$66,300



Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
