Job Description:

Utilizes developing specialized knowledge to execute tasks and contribute to smaller projects or defined components of larger initiatives. Addresses non-routine problems using established practices and past experience.

May support the coordination of day-to-day activities for a team or specific area.

Develops the visual conceptualization and creative development of integrated marketing, advertising, digital, social, experiential, and brand initiatives across multiple platforms and media channels. Develops visual storytelling approaches, campaign concepts, and creative frameworks that align with brand strategy, audience insights, and business objectives while ensuring cohesive and impactful visual experiences. Collaborates with copywriting, design, production, strategy, technology, and client teams to guide the execution of high-quality creative solutions that strengthen brand expression, audience engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness.

$50,000 - $60,000

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
