What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and our product team
- Conduct comprehensive technical discovery and needs assessments with prospective clients
- Lead end-to-end technical implementations for clients
- Develop and deliver technical presentations demonstrating our product's capabilities
- Create custom technical solutions and implementation strategies tailored to client requirements
- Identify and articulate potential integration challenges and mitigation strategies
- Participate in product feedback sessions to inform future product development
- Conduct technical deep-dive sessions with enterprise clients
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Proficient in Node.js
- PostgreSQL and complex SQL query optimization
- Comprehensive Kubernetes and container orchestration knowledge
- Experience with third-party integrations.
- Exceptional debugging skills
- Ability to manage and execute challenging third party integrations (like core banking and chat systems)
- Exposure to AWS cloud or other cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes (EKS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design patterns
- Proven track record of successfully converting technical requirements and into go lives
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Advanced technical problem-solving skills
- Experience working with global teams
- Proven ability to multi-task, working independently across multiple clients and projects
