Mobile Support Engineer

Job Description and Responsibilities:

We seek a highly skilled Mobile Support Engineer with expertise in creating custom-branded builds to join our dynamic team. As a Mobile Support Engineer, you will develop and deliver customized mobile applications focusing on branding and visual customization. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our mobile applications are aligned with clients' unique brand identities, providing them with a seamless and tailored user experience. 

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements for custom-branded builds.
• Customize mobile applications by implementing branding elements like logos, color schemes, fonts, and UI/UX components.
• Develop and understand client brand guidelines deeply and ensure all visual elements align with their brand identities.
• Optimize application performance and user experience by thoroughly testing and debugging custom-branded builds.
• Ensure timely delivery of custom branded builds, meeting project deadlines and client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate custom-branded builds into existing mobile platforms and frameworks.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to mobile application development and branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in mobile application development, with expertise in customizing branding elements.
• Familiarity with App Store and App Store Connect 
• Familiarity with Scripting languages, primarily Python
• Nice to have: knowledge of mobile platforms such as iOS and Android, including development frameworks and SDKs.
• Nice to have: proficiency in programming languages like Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, or React Native.
• Experience with mobile UI/UX design principles and ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse clients across different industries.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
