We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and evolve the core application layer behind our flagship agentic products such as II-Agent and Common Ground. You’ll architect and build scalable, production-grade systems that bring cutting-edge AI agents into the hands of real users, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Responsibilities

• Involved in the development of our agentic applications: II-Agent, Common Ground, etc

• Designing and developing a scalable application layer, frontend, and backend, from the ground-up

• Collaborating with agent researchers/engineers, PMs, and designers to turn product needs into technical solutions

• Implementing secure authentication, authorization, and data-protection mechanisms

• Integrating seamlessly with agent runtimes and pipelines to enable efficient deployment, orchestration, and monitoring

• Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and growth

The Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack and backend development

• Deep experience with modern backend and frontend technologies

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and deploying production applications

Nice to Have

• Active GitHub repository

• Knowledge of agent/LLM concepts and frameworks

• Experience working with LLM integration (OpenAI SDK, Anthropic SDK, LiteLLM)

• Experience building an AI agent
