� Development and implementation of DFT architecture � Design and verification of DFT logic and components � Generation of high-quality test and debug patterns � Silicon bring-up, diagnosis and support

Qualifications:

� B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering � At least 8 years in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer Chip design, Verilog and System Verilog Verification, UVM methodology ATPG tools � Expertise in Synopsys toolset (Scan insertion, SMS and pattern generation) � Experience with Mentor tools - Advantage � Familiarity with ATE � DDR and PCie testing � High speed SerDes testability � Static timing analysis � Scripting (Python/Perl/Tcl)
