This Individual Contributor role resides within the Fab, Construction and New Build Logistics (FCL) team with Intel's Global Logistics Organization (GLO). GLO provides end to end logistics services for all Intel business units across the supply chain from factory to end customer logistics. GLO directly enables Intel's IDM 2.0 strategy through its logistics assets placed in strategic locations across the globe. This position, based in Intel's facility in Hillsboro, OR, will be part of Oregon and California site logistics team managing cross functional programs / projects. Programs might range from 'deploying solutions for enabling new customer revenue operations for Intel foundry' to 'developing new logistics capabilities for Intel Foundry network'.
The responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Plans/manages/executes technical and specialized supply chain programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals.
- Understands the business unit (BU) capability ecosystem and technical requirements of Intel's partners and works closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of the supply chain initiatives.
- Reviews the project/program schedule with all stakeholders that will be affected by the project/program activities to make updates as required.
- Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
- Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
- Reviews and updates the project/program schedule(s) with all stakeholders that will be affected by the project/program activities and develops a comprehensive schedule while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
- Develops project/program indicators to manage program health including quality and timelines.
- Conducts project/program close out assessment, after action reviews and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.
- Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
- Develops or supports the transition change management plan and communicates to all stakeholders via several communication methods.
- Drives and makes decisions within project/program boundary conditions and uses RAD model to drive effective decision making for the whole program.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business domain, or related field of study with 10+ years of work experience in supply chain functions.
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain functions in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business / supply chain, logistics
- Experience in semi-conductor Industry
- Prior experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in supply chain
- Cross functional supply chain knowledge and working experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems, Data Analytics
- PgMP / PMP Certification

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$141,673.00-$241,005.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
