The responsibilities of the individual selected for this role are specific to the execution of procurement activities required to enable an interim process for the purchase of goods and services on behalf of Intel, while ensuring compliance to defined processes and procedures. The role will also be required to perform the responsibilities associated to sponsorship of both subsidiary workers and contingent workers (CWs) within Intel's systems, such as asset management, network and system permissions, approval of CW supplier invoices and the initiation or termination of CW supplier engagements, as directed by Intel. Specific job responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Management of subsidiary worker and CW onboarding and offboarding, engagement with supply chain and procurement leads to drive issue resolution, coordination and management of the interim purchase requisition process and approvals, execution of new supplier registration and onboarding, purchase requisition tracking and approvals of supplier invoices.

This role has a structured component with specific role and responsibility as well as the opportunity to work on a wide variety of activities/teams while supporting the Corporate M and A Separation Mgmt. Office and Global Supply Chain M and A.
As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Executes problems/tasks in delivery of specific objectives or general goals.

3. Interprets and applies controlling business strategies or corporate policies and deviates as judged appropriate.
4. Identifies tasks and research, determines dependencies, assesses costs, and identifies and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
5. Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to timely and efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives while maintaining quality standards.
6. Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate.
7. Coordinates and prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions.
8. Essential role within Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Separation Management Office supporting external workforce and procurement act on behalf processes during transition services period.
9. Manage Subsidiary Worker and Contingent Worker onboarding/offboarding process.
10. Update Subsidiary Worker records
11. Initiate requests for laptops, network accounts, system permissions etc.
12. Manage Contingent Workforce Engagements/Updates for interim sponsor incl. job posting, SOWs etc.
13. Coordinate and Manage Purchase Requisition process and approvals by Intel including Risk
14. Work closely with Supply Chain and Procurement functional tracks.
15. Ensure compliance with established controls and processes.

8. Action orientation: Demonstrates good initiative and prioritization. Reacts with appropriate urgency. Deals well with changing and ambiguous environment keeping focus and composure.
9. Advanced English written and spoken at 90 percent; be able to talk in English with people from a variety of nations and accents. Read and understand work related documents like SOPs, Forms, support documentation, e-mails, etc.
10. Communication: Keep supervisor and team members informed about progress and any issue faced. Able to deliver a message clearly and concise that is interpreted correctly in both ways written and spoken. Listens attentively and validates key messages received.
11. Problem Solving: Identify problems, roadblocks, be able to look for a resolution for themselves and seek help in a timely manner.
12. Systems Aptitude: Basic knowledge in SAP Business Network (formerly Ariba), SAP and Microsoft office programs and ability to manage and learn new tools.
13. Analytical: Ability to analyze data and root causing the data for resolution.
This is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) position and relocation will not be provided
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 4+ years of project manager and MS Office Suite, including MS Team and MS SharePoint Online experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Supply Chain knowledge and experience. Experience working with SAP Fieldglass. 1+ years of experience in Data Analytics
