Intel Products Vietnam is the mega Assembly and Test plant within Intel’s global Assembly and Test network. The clean room facility is located at Saigon High Tech Park in Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city. The site is proud of producing Intel’s latest technology chip products including Server, 5G, IoT, Desktop, Mobile platforms.

We are seeking a Module Engineer within Test Engineering Department with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Agentic AI technologies. In this role, you will actively contribute to software development and qualification, application engineering, and AI-driven automation solutions. You will work closely with developer, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement scalable solutions that address real manufacturing and business challenges.

  • Be responsible for software installation, qualification, deployment, and sustainment activities for new software products and applications.

  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including safety, quality, productivity, cost, yield, and defect reduction.

  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities related to software systems and manufacturing applications.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (CIP) through software enhancement, process optimization, and adoption of new technologies.

  • Collaborate with software developers, manufacturing engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable and scalable solutions.

  • Design, develop, deploy or integrate, and sustain software applications leveraging AI/ML, LLMs, Agentic AI, computer vision, and data analytics technologies to solve complex engineering problems, and improve manufacturing operations. Ensure software quality, security, maintainability, and compliance throughout the application lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Robotics, Intelligent Systems, or a related field.

  • Hands-on programming experience in Python and familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as C#, C++, or Java.

  • Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and data analytics. Experience developing and deploying AI applications with Agentic AI, RAG, or AI workflow orchestration is a plus.

  • Familiarity with computer vision and image analysis concepts, including model training and fine-tuning (e.g., YOLO, OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

  • Experience working with SQL, Pandas, APIs, and software integration.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver results within timelines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

  • Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, automation, AI or industrial environments is an advantage.

  • Willingness to work onsite in a 12-hour rotational shift pattern (4 working days per week) based on business needs, with applicable shift allowances.
