Lead Test Engineer

Overview

Integral Federal is seeking a Test Lead to lead JPES/JCRM software verification and validation across sprint testing, regression, integration, CIT, GAT, and operational-user validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test strategy and plans.

• Lead functional, regression, integration, performance, and operational testing.

• Maintain requirements-to-test traceability.

• Coordinate CIT and GAT support.

• Lead defect management and verification.

• Support UFL/UAT and user-validation events.

• Coordinate testing with development, integration, cyber, infrastructure, and Government stakeholders.

• Assess release readiness.

Qualifications

Required:

 

• BA/BS in an engineering discipline. Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.

• 8+ years software testing/QA experience.

• Demonstrated test leadership.

• Experience developing test plans and strategies.

• Agile software-testing experience.

• Requirements/test traceability experience.

• Defect-management experience.

• U.S. citizenship and required Secret eligibility

Preferred:

• DoD CIT/GAT.

• Automated testing.

• Mission-critical/classified systems.

• JPES/JCRM/JOPES.

 

Salary range: $130,000-$160,000

 

This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
