INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer(Proposal) to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Lead and Deliver 

• Review the Project RFQ to ensure the defined project scope is executed in full alignment with customer requirements and agreed sales commitments.
• Lead project design and execution activities, assigning tasks and responsibilities to available team members to ensure efficient delivery.
• Review and validate engineering documentation to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• Evaluate and review technical offers from vendors and suppliers, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with the project planning team to develop detailed project schedules and progress tracking tools for all phases, including engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely submission and delivery of engineering documents, materials, and other project-related deliverables.
• Liaise closely with the site execution team to ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of project activities in accordance with approved plans and HSE standards.
• Review and validate electrical system designs, schematics, layouts, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews of engineering deliverables as per the project execution plan.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Project QA/QC Plan, both internally and by subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure safe execution of site activities in compliance with HSE requirements.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives to achieve project cost improvement targets without compromising quality or safety.
• Coordinate with suppliers for engineering documentation, manufacturing, inspection, and project deliverables.
• Support timely resolution of technical clarifications and deviations with suppliers and customers.
• Work closely with the project planning team to develop: Detailed project schedules, Phase-wise progress trackers for engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (process, instrumentation, control, mechanical, civil, and commissioning) to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have: 

• Bachelor’s/Master Degree in engineering in Electrical Engineering
• Shall have 5 -8 years of engineering design & commissioning experience with hands on experience in the installation & commissioning of electrical systems.
• Shall be Self driven, able to carve out solutions to challenging problems, out of the box thinker, able to demonstrate proactiveness in day-to-day activities, able to interact and directly handle customer at different levels.
• Familiar with design process including specifications, drawings and documents for electrical equipment like LV/MV switchgears, UPS, transformers etc.
• Hands on experience of installation, commissioning and testing of electrical equipment and packages.
