Position Overview

We are looking for an Associate Test Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate would work closely with other test automation and QA engineers to maintain and execute automated test scripts in a laboratory environment to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Running of automated tests to diagnose issues, verify bug fixes, and ensure new features do not introduce new defects
• Analyze automated test results, identification and documentation of software defects to be triaged
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results and other artifacts to assist in debugging and future test efforts
• Cross functional collaboration with manual QA engineers and software developers to assist in the design and development of unconventional or atypical user test scenarios

Required Skills and Competencies

• Some programming experience (Python preferred)

Education and Experience

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field
• 0-2 years hands on experience in software development or functional and non-functional testing

Additional Information

• The position is in-person at our facility in Acton, MA.
• Travel is estimated at 5% but will flex depending on business needs.

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $64,875.00 - $97,312.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
